1. Content usage

Content on this Site (posts, images, code, design) is copyrighted by Things Worth Sharing and the respective authors, unless otherwise noted.

  • Allowed: reading, sharing links, short excerpts (under 10% of a post) with clear attribution and a link back.
  • Requires permission: translation, republishing in full, commercial use, AI training. Contact khavan.work@gmail.com.
  • Code snippets in posts are released under the MIT License unless the post explicitly says otherwise.

2. No warranty

Content is provided "as is", with no guarantees as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Technical content can get outdated.

You are responsible for any information, code, or configuration from the Site that you apply to your own systems. Always test in a safe environment first.

3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Things Worth Sharing is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage arising from use of the Site, including data loss, service disruption, or business losses.

4. User content

When you submit content (via contact form, subscribe, or email), you confirm:

  • You have the right to submit it.
  • It doesn't violate any law, copyright, or third-party privacy right.
  • You grant Things Worth Sharing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process it as needed to operate the Site.

5. Prohibited

  • Automated scraping, aggressive crawling, DDoS.
  • Attempting to reach protected areas (/admin, unlisted /preview).
  • Feeding content into AI training without permission (declared via Content-Signal in robots.txt).
  • Spamming subscribe or contact forms.

6. Third-party services

The Site uses Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, captcha, analytics) and Resend (email). When you use the Site, you're also subject to those providers' terms. See our Privacy policy for details.

7. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continuing to use the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts in Vietnam.
